Reorder

You can order a product from a previous StickerApp order again. A reorder uses the same design, size, material, and finish, but you can change the quantity.

If you have a StickerApp account, you can reorder products from your previous orders.

1. Log in to your StickerApp account

2. Go to My Orders

3. Select the order or product you want to reorder

4. Click Reorder

5. Adjust the quantity if needed

6. Complete checkout

You can also reorder without an account by using your previous order number and email address.

1. Go to the Reorder page

2. Enter your previous order number and email address

3. Add the previous product to your cart

4. Adjust the quantity if needed

5. Complete checkout

A reorder is meant for ordering the same product again. You can change the quantity, while the design, size, material, and finish stay the same.

If you want to change the design, size, material, or finish, edit the product in your cart before checkout. These changes may result in a new price.

To make changes:

1. Add the previous product to your cart using My Orders or the Reorder page

2. Click Edit on the product in your cart

3. Make your changes in the editor

4. Save your changes

5. Review the updated product before checkout

You can view an online proof of your product before checkout: click the product image in your cart to open it.

First, check that you're using the correct order number and email address. If you have a StickerApp account, you can also find your previous orders under My Orders.

If you still can't access or reorder a previous order, contact support and include your order number and the email address used for the order.
