How big can a sticker sheet be?

Sticker sheets can be up to 27.5 cm (10.8 in), and each sticker on the sheet must be at least 1 × 1 cm (0.4 × 0.4 in). Keep 2 mm (0.075 in) spacing and bleed. See Sticker Sheets.

Size limits and production tolerances

Sticker sheets follow set size limits and cutting tolerances. Knowing them helps when you plan your layout, choose sticker sizes and place your cutlines.

Maximum sheet size

  • Our sticker materials (white vinyl, transparent, holographic, glitter and other specialty materials): up to 27.5 cm (10.8 in)

Minimum sheet size

There is no strict minimum sheet size, but the sheet must fit:

  • At least one sticker of at least 1 × 1 in (2.5 × 2.5 cm)

  • 2 mm (0.075 in) spacing to the edges

  • 2 mm (0.075 in) bleed

Minimum sticker size

Each sticker on the sheet must be at least 1 × 1 cm (0.4 × 0.4 in). Small text, thin lines and very sharp angles may not cut cleanly even if the sticker meets the minimum size.

Spacing

  • Between stickers: 2 mm (0.075 in)

  • From stickers to the sheet edge: 2 mm (0.075 in)

  • Bleed around each sticker: 2 mm (0.075 in)

This keeps cutting tolerances from making stickers overlap or touch.

Production tolerances

Digital cutting can vary slightly.

  • Small shifts can happen between printing and cutting. The bleed compensates for this

  • Some materials, especially paper and metallic materials, can change size slightly with humidity, temperature and pressure during cutting. The required bleed and spacing account for this

Many small stickers on one sheet

Sheets with many small stickers tightly arranged may need extra spacing, simpler shapes, fewer fine details and no shared or nested cutlines. If the spacing minimums aren't met, dense sheets are more likely to get cutline stress or misalignment.

Complex shapes

These can exceed what the cutter can do precisely, regardless of size:

  • Extremely thin internal lines

  • Intricate patterns with many points

  • Narrow gaps between parallel cut paths

  • Corners sharper than 30°

Slightly rounded corners give the best result.

File size

Very large files can slow down upload and processing. Keep the file under 100 MB and use vector files, especially for large sheets. See Is there a limit to the print file size?
