Yes, there's a file size limit for uploads. If your file is too large to upload, compress it or simplify complex vector paths, or email it to our support team.

We have a file size limit for print files. Very large files can cause problems when you upload them or when we process them for print.
How to reduce the file size

Raster files (PNG, JPEG, TIF, PSD): compress the file, or lower the resolution of elements that don't need full detail. Keep the main artwork at 300 DPI at the final print size, see resolution requirements.

Vector files (PDF, AI, SVG): simplify complex paths and remove elements you don't need.
