What makes it a Vinyl Transfer
Vinyl Transfer is cut directly from solid-colour vinyl rather than printed. Transfer film keeps separate letters, shapes, or design elements aligned during application. Once the vinyl is applied, the transfer film is removed. Only the cut vinyl stays on the surface, with no background.
The vinyl itself is glossy, so no separate laminate or finish is applied.
Common uses
Lettering, logos, and simple shapes on windows, vehicles, or long-term outdoor installations: anywhere sharp edges and durability matter most.
Materials and finishes
Vinyl Transfer uses a single material, Solid Colour Vinyl PVC, which is naturally glossy. See Materials & Finishes for the full properties.
Not sure if this is what you need?
Vinyl Transfer vs. Printed Decals: Vinyl Transfer is cut from solid-colour vinyl with no print and works best for sharp lettering, logos, or simple shapes. Printed Decals are printed in full colour, which makes them best for photos, gradients, or designs with a background.
Vinyl Transfer vs. Front Adhesive Stickers: Vinyl Transfer is cut from solid-colour vinyl with no print and works best for sharp lettering, logos, or simple shapes applied directly to a surface. Front Adhesive Stickers are full-colour printed designs that are viewed through glass, with a background if you want one.
