"With Stickerapp we have found the right partner to take our storytelling to the next level."

The concept L’Épicerie à Stickers (which translates to The Sticker Grocery Store) was born from a shared love of creativity. Three important factors were at play: Klin d’oeil’s passion for curating independent artists, the creators’ joy of turning their worlds into mini formats, and StickerApp’s commitment to supporting the artistic community - all brought together by a common obsession: stickers.
For two weeks in October of '25, the Klin d’oeil shop transformed into a dedicated sticker store, inviting visitors to experience stickers the way you might browse fresh produce in a neighborhood store. Instead of traditional merchandise and items, the shelves were stocked with cute mini-baskets filled with stickers, ready to be picked, explored, and collected.
This collaboration project was a celebration of custom, premium stickers printed on demand. To keep the experience playful and accessible, prices were intentionally kept low, encouraging visitors to grab as many designs as they liked and stick without limits.

Klin d'oeil is the child of two sisters, Émilie and Virginie. One is a dreamer, the other is a go-getter; both are bargain hunters, storytellers, and collectors of meaningful objects. It's a multidisciplinary business and creative hub, located in the heart of Paris, hosting an on-site boutique gallery, workshop, and café.
“What we love most is discovering emerging talents and help them shine!”
Their community brings together both French and international creators and customers who share a passion for creating and togetherness.
For the past 10 years, Klin d’oeil has carefully curated craft and creativity, filling its shelves with unique handmade pieces, from ceramics and decor to stationery, prints, accessories, and jewelry, each carrying the story and spirit of its maker.

StickerApp: Hi Émilie and Virginie! First off: thank you so much for this great collab, we had so much fun! We’ve worked together on previous projects, but this time you launched a truly bold idea: The Sticker Grocery Store. Please walk us through it.
Klin d'oeil: A few years ago, we were invited to showcase the Klin d’oeil universe in Tokyo. In a city famous for setting trends, we were blown away by a shop entirely dedicated to creative stickers. Honestly, we wanted to buy everything! Exhibitions and themed events shape our shop here in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, and since our trip to Japan, this idea has been living in the back of our minds.
StickerApp: So fun! When did the idea start to become a real project?
Klin d'oeil: Meeting you guys was a real creative trigger. Your stickers have become a cornerstone of our set designs. Anything one can imagine can be printed, in any format, with outstanding quality. We had already collaborated before, and the desire to dive into this crazy project followed naturally.

StickerApp: Amazing! How did you involve artists in the project?
Klin d'oeil: We launched an open call and selected 35 artists from nearly 400 applications. Each artist was invited to create a set of four stickers, sold as a limited edition exclusively for the pop-up.
StickerApp: Tell us about the pop-up itself. What did visitors experience?
Klin d'oeil: From October 9 to 25, 2025, we turned the shop’s 20 m² gallery space into… a sticker grocery store!
It became a surprising pop-up, overflowing with creativity. Like a grocery store where you do your weekly shopping, except instead of vegetables, visitors filled their baskets with artist-designed stickers.
Each creative translated their universe into a mini format, to collect or stick everywhere, laptops, water bottles, notebooks, and bikes. In total, over 4,000 artist stickers were printed, on top of the wall stickers, transfers, and decals that covered the shop’s walls and windows.

StickerApp: Did visitors also get a chance to interact with the creative process?
Klin d'oeil: Yes! In the workshop area, we hosted sessions with the StickerApp team on site, introducing visitors to our creative world and that of artist Charlotte Janvier (follow the link to see Charlotte's Masterclass).
StickerApp: And how did the pop-up perform in the end?
Klin d'oeil: We’ll be honest: we expected the pop-up to do well… but not that well! In just two weeks, more than 1,000 people came through the shop, and over 4,000 StickerApp-printed stickers were sold.
Thanks again, Émilie and Virginie, for the chat and this fun collaboration!
