What Is a Sticker Sheet?

A sticker sheet consists of one printed sheet with multiple individual stickers applied to a backing liner. Each sticker is kiss-cut, meaning the top layer is cut while the backing remains intact. This format is used when multiple designs should be delivered as a single unit.

A sticker sheet is defined by the following characteristics:

• Multiple stickers on one sheet: Several individual sticker shapes are arranged within a single sheet format.

• Kiss-cut production: Each sticker has its own cutline, defining its peelable shape.

• Unified backing: All stickers are produced on one shared liner instead of being printed as separate pieces.

• Material consistency: All stickers on the sheet share the same material, finish, and adhesive.

Custom dimensions. Sheets can be produced in a variety of sizes depending on the material:

• 10.8”/27 cm on one side, and however long the roll is, for our special materials.

• 31”/80 cm on one side, and however long the roll is, for glow in the dark.

• 47”/120 cm on one side, and however long the roll is, for our regular white vinyl.

A standard sticker sheet includes:

• A closed vector cutline

• 0.075"/2 mm spacing between stickers

• 0.075"/2 mm bleed beyond each cutline

All stickers remain attached to one common backing sheet until peeled.

When preparing a sticker sheet for production, the following technical requirements apply:

• Minimum sticker size: 0.23"/6 mm

• Minimum spacing between stickers: 0.075"/2 mm

• Minimum spacing to sheet edge: 0.075"/2 mm

• Bleed: 0.075"/2 mm around each sticker

• File resolution: 300 DPI

• Supported formats: PDF, PNG, JPEG, SVG, TIF, AI, and PSD

• Cutline stroke: 1 pt, solid color

These standards ensure predictable cutting results and prevent unintended overlap between designs.
