Last Updated: 2026-02-10

1. General

1.1 Party Informaiton

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern purchases you make on and your use of the StickerApp websites; StickerApp.com (US, global), StickerApp.se (Sweden) and any other StickerApp domains that link to these Terms available by desktop or mobile web, (each a “Site” and jointly the "Sites") controlled by StickerApp AB and its affiliates including StickerApp Inc ("we", "us" or "STA").

These Terms apply to all customers worldwide. Depending on your location and the fulfillment location of your order, your contract will be with:

  • StickerApp AB for orders fulfilled from Sweden to customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other international markets;

  • StickerApp Inc for orders fulfilled from the United States to customers in the United States and other designated markets.

The specific contracting entity will be identified in your order confirmation email.

1.2. Withdrawal Rights

More information on your right of withdrawal and returns can be found in Section 5.2 below, but in short:

  • For EEA and UK customers: The 14-day return period is a statutory right under consumer protection law. For custom-made products, this right is waived once production begins, as permitted under applicable consumer protection regulations for personalized goods.

  • For customers in other countries, there is usually no statutory right of withdrawal for custom‑made products in ordinary online sales. However, you may have mandatory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence (for example in relation to defective products or misrepresentation). Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit such mandatory rights

1.3 Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of these Terms. Changes will not apply to orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will take reasonable steps to inform you, for example by posting a notice on the Sites and, where appropriate, by email to registered customers. The updated Terms will apply from the date they are published on the Sites.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Sites and not place any new orders. By placing a new order or continuing to use the Sites after the updated Terms have taken effect, you accept and agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

1.4 Your Age

By accepting these Terms through your purchase or use of the Sites, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may use the Sites or make a purchase only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.5. Site Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that information on the Sites is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Sites may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All products, descriptions and prices of products on the Sites are subject to change at any time without notice.

2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation Rights

2.1 Order Acceptance

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. This order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and the applicable StickerApp entity identified in the confirmation.

2.2 Order Refusal/Cancellation Rights

You are solely responsible for the contents of your order and for ensuring that you do not harm or infringe the rights of others as a consequence of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order at any time if it should prove to be contrary to our Terms of Use, including but not limited to (as specified below) orders containing content that may create harm, damage, legal liability, or reputational risk to StickerApp, third parties, or the public, as determined in our sole discretion. Full refund will be given if an order is cancelled by us.

Harmful contents

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not upload, submit, or order products containing content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of privacy

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties

  • Contains hate speech, discriminatory content, or incites violence

  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law

  • Could create harm, damage, or legal liability to StickerApp, our employees, other customers, or third parties

For more information, please refer to section 10 in these terms.

Infringing contents

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your materials do not infringe on any third party’s rights or violate laws in any relevant jurisdiction.

You guarantee that you own or have rights to all materials provided to STA for production, including all intellectual property ownership in your submitted designs, texts, and other content. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content only to complete the order; this license ends after fulfillment, except for archival copies. For more information, please refer to section 11 in these terms.

3. Payment Terms and Currency

3.1 Payments methods

The payment methods available may vary depending on the market, customer location, and the payment service providers used by the Company. Accepted payment options are displayed at the checkout and may include, but are not limited to, credit and debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and other locally supported payment methods.

All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment service providers that employ encryption and industry-standard security measures. The total amount will be charged once the order has been accepted, and a confirmation has been sent to the customer.

The customer confirms that the selected payment method is held in their name or that they are duly authorized to use it. All payments are subject to validation and authorization by the relevant financial institution or payment provider. If authorization is denied, the corresponding order will be cancelled without any liability to the Company. The Company is not responsible for any additional charges, fees, or penalties imposed by the customer’s payment provider in connection with the transaction.

3.2 Currency and Exchange Rates

Prices are displayed in the local currency of the relevant domain. The final charge to your payment method will be processed in the currency specified at checkout. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be performed by your payment provider or card issuer, and you are responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by your financial institution.

3.3 International Transaction Fees

Your bank or payment provider may charge international transaction fees for cross-border purchases. StickerApp is not responsible for such fees.

3.4 Pay Later with Klarna

Pay Later is done in cooperation with Klarna and Klarna's payment terms apply. To read Klarna's payment terms, please see here. If you choose to pay with Klarna - Pay Later, additional terms will apply between you and Klarna. These terms are presented at checkout.

Klarna availability varies by country and is subject to Klarna's eligibility requirements.

3.5 PayPal

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Sites.

PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's terms of service and currency conversion policies.

4. International Shipping and Delivery Terms

We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out. Shipping is available worldwide, subject to carrier availability and customs regulations in the destination country.

4.1 Delivery Terms and Incoterms

For international shipments, the following delivery terms apply based on ICC Incoterms® 2020:

  • Orders shipped from the United States to the United States: Free Carrier (FCA) or Delivered at Place (DAP) as specified at checkout

  • Orders shipped from Sweden: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for EEA destinations; Delivered at Place (DAP) for non-EEA destinations

Under DDP terms: We are responsible for all costs and risks until the goods are delivered to the address you provide, including customs duties and import taxes.

Under DAP terms: We are responsible for delivery to the named destination, but you (the customer) are responsible for import customs clearance, duties, and taxes in your country.

Under FCA terms: Risk transfers to the carrier at our facility, and you are responsible for all costs and risks from that point, including international shipping costs (which may be prepaid), customs clearance, duties, and taxes.

4.2 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders shipped under DAP or FCA terms:

  • You may be responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country

  • You are responsible for compliance with all import regulations and restrictions in your country

  • Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and are not included in delivery time estimates

  • Refusal to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned to us, and you may be charged a return handling fee as specified in Section 4.5

For orders shipped under DDP terms (EEA destinations from Sweden):

  • All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total

  • No additional charges will be due upon delivery

4.3 Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to countries or territories subject to trade embargoes or sanctions. We reserve the right to cancel orders to destinations where shipping is prohibited, restricted, or impractical due to legal, regulatory, or logistical reasons.

4.4 Delivery Timeframes

We reserve the right to charge a cost of 20 USD or equivalent for uncollected packages that are returned from the shipping company to us, as well as packages that are returned due to incomplete or incorrect address from the customer as cover for shipping and handling costs.

Dispatch of orders may take up to 8 business days, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days during weekdays. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability, customs clearance, international transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

If you need your purchase urgently, please contact us before placing your order so that we will have the opportunity to investigate whether we can deliver according to your wishes.

Delays can also be caused by the artwork uploaded being in low resolution or otherwise unsuitable to print. We aim to handle communication efficiently to minimise such delays, but in these cases we are often dependent on new files being sent for production to commence.

4.5 International Delivery Delays and Issues

Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Incorrect or incomplete customs documentation provided by the customer

  • Carrier delays or disruptions

  • Force majeure events (see Section 9)

  • Import restrictions or regulatory holds

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs charges, or incorrect address information provided by you, you may be charged a return handling fee of 20 USD (or equivalent) plus any additional costs incurred.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 General

Should you have chosen to order a custom-made product, your right to return will expire when the production of your custom-made product has started.

If you would like to return a product, please send us an e-mail to info@stickerapp.com in order to get instructions on how to complete the return request.

You as a customer will need to pay the shipping cost for returning the products for a refund.

For international returns:

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items clear customs in both the destination and origin countries

  • Import duties and taxes paid on the original shipment are typically non-refundable; contact your local customs authority for guidance

  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged due to improper packaging during return shipment

5.2 Right of Withdrawal Under EU and UK consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since all products ordered through StickerApp are custom-made based on designs you provide, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (and equivalent UK law). By placing an order for custom-designed products, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this exclusion.

  • Once you confirm your order and production begins, you cannot cancel or withdraw from the contract except in cases of defective products (see Section 6) or as otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

  • Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. We recommend that you save the confirmations to facilitate any future contact with our customer service.

For customers in other countries, there is usually no statutory right of withdrawal for custom‑made products in ordinary online sales. However, you may have mandatory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence (for example in relation to defective products or misrepresentation). Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit such mandatory rights.

6. Defective Products

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately by e-mail to info@stickerapp.com and within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please note that we will not be able to handle returned products without your prior contact with our customer service. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to enable us to approve a complaint. If STA reasonably determines that the products are in fact defective, STA will compensate you with a non-defective similar replacement item or provide a full refund, at our discretion.

For defective products shipped internationally, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs upon prior approval. Please contact customer service before returning any defective items.

Warranty Rights:

In addition to these Terms, you may have statutory warranty rights under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes such statutory rights where they cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability

You are always responsible for your use of the Site, your order and its contents. STA's liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms unless otherwise is stipulated by mandatory law. STA's liabilities to you for any cause whatsoever will never exceed your total purchase amount for the order, except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

In no case whatsoever will STA assume any liability for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar events.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

In addition, if you are a consumer, the exclusions and limitations of liability in this Section 7 do not apply to the extent they would be invalid under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability where this is not permitted under such laws (for example in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence).

8. Data Protection and Privacy

10.2 Content Review and Cancellation

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

  • Review any content submitted for orders

  • Refuse to produce or fulfill orders containing prohibited content

  • Cancel orders at any stage if content is determined to violate these Terms

  • Remove or disable access to content on our platform

By submitting Customer Content, you grant StickerApp a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and process the Customer Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing our services. This license terminates when your order is complete, except for archival copies retained for legal or business record-keeping purposes.

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that no material that they provide to STA infringes on any third party's Intellectual Property Rights, or otherwise violates applicable legislation in any jurisdiction where the product is manufactured, shipped, or delivered.

The customer agrees to compensate indemnify and hold harmless STA, our subsidiaries, affiliates, our agents, employees and representatives for any damages, losses, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise as a result of any claims or lawsuits from third parties alleging infringement of their Intellectual Property Rights due to the material the Customer provides to us.

In the event STA at any point knows or suspects an infringement of a third party's Intellectual Property Rights, or violation of other applicable legislation, STA reserves the right to immediately terminate the production of the customer's order. In such case, we are not obliged to refund you unless and until you provide satisfactory evidence that no infringement or violation exists, or unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require a refund.

This clause shall be binding for the entire duration of the contract and shall survive the termination of this agreement regardless of the reason.

11.2 StickerApp Content Permission & Restrictions

12.2 International Account Security

If you access your account from multiple countries or jurisdictions, you are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Unusual account activity, including access from high-risk jurisdictions, may trigger additional security verification measures.
